Founder & Principal Interior Designer
Komal is the Founder of INKASAA and leads the studio’s interior design practice. With a professional academic background in interior design and extensive experience in residential projects, she specializes in creating refined, functional, and luxurious living environments. Komal has successfully delivered multiple high-end residential interior projects, focusing on thoughtful space planning, material selection, and custom-designed elements that reflect each client’s lifestyle. Her design approach emphasizes elegance, comfort, and attention to detail, ensuring that every space feels both sophisticated and highly livable.

Prathamesh Rewandkar
Principal Architect
Prathamesh is our Principal Architect of INKASAA, bringing a global design perspective shaped by professional practice in both India and the United States. Prathamesh holds a Master of Science in Architecture – Urban Design from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he received the AIA Virginia “Best of School” Design Award. He also earned his Bachelor of Architecture from University of Mumbai and is a licensed architect registered with the Council of Architecture. His professional experience includes working with the international design practice in San Antonio, where he contributed to hospitality, commercial, and urban planning projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders. Through his work across diverse contexts—from urban master planning to detailed architectural documentation—he has developed a design approach that balances technical precision, sustainability, and human-centered design. As a LEED Green Associate certified by the U.S. Green Building Council, Prathamesh integrates sustainable strategies into his design philosophy. Through INKASAA, he aims to deliver thoughtful architecture and urban environments that are context-driven, environmentally responsible, and enduring in quality.
Pratyay Patil
Principal of PMC Studio
Pratyay is a Partner at INKASAA and leads the firm’s Project Management and Construction (PMC) operations. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from University of Mumbai. With strong experience in project execution and site management, Pratyay has successfully overseen multiple luxury residential and high-end interior projects, ensuring that design concepts are translated accurately into built spaces. His expertise lies in coordinating contractors, managing timelines, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth communication between design teams and execution partners. At INKASAA, he is responsible for project planning, site supervision, and construction management, ensuring that every project is delivered efficiently while maintaining the studio’s commitment to quality, precision, and design integrity.
Rohidas Survase
Head of Inkasaa Development
Rohidas is a Relationship Manager and Development Partner at INKASAA, serving as a key point of contact for project development and client relations. He plays an important role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, developers, and project stakeholders. Rohidas works closely with the design and project teams to facilitate project opportunities, coordinate development discussions, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. At INKASAA, he contributes to expanding the studio’s network and project collaborations while helping clients navigate the development process from initial discussions to project execution.
ROHAN INDALKAR
Junior Interior Designer
Rohan is a passionate Junior Interior Designer at Inkasaa with a creative approach towards modern and functional interior spaces. Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, space planning, and furniture layouts, he focuses on creating aesthetically pleasing and practical design solutions. With attention to detail and a strong interest in contemporary interiors, Rohan aims to deliver comfortable, elegant, and client-focused spaces that reflect both style and functionality.
